About Us

Hi! Our names are Ian and Amanda.

From helping others through mental health challenges as well as having our own experiences with anxiety and depression, we understand how it feels to see the world through black and white lens.

We thought, how can we build a community to help people with similar experiences rediscover the hues that our world can offer?

This empowered us to create The Colour Project (TCP). We understand how daunting it can be to face these challenges. We want individuals to realize they do not need to battle through life on their own.

Our mission is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where individuals can come for anonymous, day-to-day emotional support.
